I love the way it evenly browns the bread especially the top. The bread is consistently pretty much an even crumb. It releases from the pan easily some times with a little shaking out but no drama. The only down side is the handles on the pan their is no way to maneuver them out of the way when turning the bread pan upside down to release the bread. My husband and I were burned multiple times til we started wearing heat proof gloves. Even then it proved to be awkward. We feel they weren't an improvement and would love to take them off but they are riveted on. I have only used bread features on this one but have done jams, artichoke dip, peach cobbler, quick bread on the other one and they turn out great. I use it at least once a week.

This is our second Zojirushi and we really enjoy it. Our previous unit lasted 10 years, and produced several hundred loaves before wearing out a third set of paddles and ultimately the pan. We like the consistency of the loaves, the ease of use and cleaning, and the quality construction. It is well featured (nice top-heater for an even crust), and the bread is nicely shaped. While this is a premium unit with a corresponding price, you get a premium product. If you intend to use it frequently or just want a reliable appliance for long-term use, consider this at the top of your list.

After more than fifteen years of use, and hundreds of loaves of bread, I decided to replace my first Zojirushi Bread Maker. It worked fine however the pan was not as slick as it used to be, and the mixing paddles needed replacing. The Virtuoso is an upgrade in every important feature. The paddles are better designed, the handles on the pan make it easier to knock the bread out, the heat on the upper part makes for a more even browning loaf, and the delay timer is easier to use. I am glad I upgraded.

Love this machine, best money spent, should've bought this machine the first time out. Bought a cheaper brand a year or so ago, it was OK until it stopped working, should've spent bought this from the start I actually would've had a much better machine from the start, I love it thanks.

I have used bread machines for 20 years probably , the tall ones . But then used the west bend verticals loaf . Had be satisfied , but always wondered why zo reviews were so over the top . First thing I noted was only one kneeling , west bend has two . Looked at that in dim light . Then all those rise times . Then I added ingredence , because I am in Fl. I checked and adjusted to get a nice ball . Boy did the bread rise . I cut a piece and then I understood it was better decidedly better . Having been a user of past machnes for many years , I headed into more personal recipes . Sour dough , the last rise I set for 1 hr 50 min. This gave the bread a depth of flavor . Now for the machine seems well built handles the kneeling well and about as noiseless as can be , but it does make noise . Easy to keep clean . I did notice that the side gets very warm when neading . So far all is well . On a side note being in Florida I wondered about the rest cycle do I need it . My house and flour etc is at 80 . So I sent an e mail to zo and that was a week ago still no reply . But that should not reflect on the machine . Vollständige Rezension lesen
