Usually I don't expect to like every recipe in a book. I count it as a good buy if I have three or four good finds that I want to keep on cooking. I haven't had Simply by Sabrina Ghayour for long but the two recipes I've tried so far were really delicious. I asked my husband to have a look through to see if there was anything that he fancied cooking and he came up with a short list of 38 recipes! There are many more that will be tried too. A lovely mix of meat and vegetarian recipes full of healthy and tasty ingredients. Love it.

I have a wide collection of Middle Eastern cookery books and this is definitely one of the best. Nice photos, easy to follow recipes and very p,eased with the ones that I e already tried.
