  You see something that you like and when you say, "yes, I'll take it" and you actually get acknowledged with the digital equivalent of a smile and thank you in a nicely worded immediate message, it's weird how long that smile lasts! Thank you... item was also exactly as described; shipped very fast and although I was a bit skeptical about the shipping envelope for a mug, it arrived in a box and so well I needed tools to get it out of the bubble wrap! (grin)... it was a pleasure doing business!
