Returns

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal service from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until you have received a refund for the returned items. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition with the security / identifier tag attached; the items we sell are generally used, however if we believe the item has been further used and then returned we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
