This book has great pacing it was hard to put down. I finished it in 2 days. I have read a lot of Star Wars books and I think James Luceno are one of the better ones. The book has a perfect mesh with the clone wars saga and revenge of the sith. It shows how Palpatine plays the republic and the separtists protagonists like chess pieces, if you like lots of Jedi action, ARC troopers and a tight story line, this book is a must read. This book also digs deeper into the relationship of Obi Wan and Anakin. Anakin's transformation is also evident in the plot, sensing the coming storm to come. Enjoy.
Star Wars: Labyrinth of Evil serves as a must-read prequel to Episode III - Revenge of the Sith by exploring the events taking place before the latter, and showing the relationship between veteran characters and introducing new ones. For a novel to be set just before a movie makes it a must-read story for sure! And it's a great story to read for any and all Star Wars fans!

A good tale, not only of deception, but of sorts a detective story. Join Anakin and Obi-Wan as they trace the trail of the elusive Darth Sidious, and his "Labyrinth of Evil". When the trail leads them close to home, Mace Windu, Shaak Ti and others continue the hunt, while Anakin and Obi-Wan continue on another part of the mission, finding and stopping Count Dooku. This yarn explains a lot of the events that leads up to the Revenge of the Sith. Not only who various characters are, but how they get there, and why. This is a must read, and puts ROTS in a new light.
This book is a great read and sort of conincides with the clone wars cartoons. In this book Anakin and ObiWan are on the trail looking for Sidious but every lead is actually a trap. Meanwhile on Coruscant the Jedi begin following a trail that leads them to the government residence building. They manage to find where Sidious meets with Count Dooku and follow that trail. As the book gets closer to end it take you on a wild ride which leads right up to the beginning of the Revenge of the Sith movie. This is a great read and explains alot of the back story to the movie.
This book ends right before episode 3 begins,I mean Anakin and Obi-Wan are in their ships flying to get the kidnapped Supreme Chancellor. This book is great for General Grievous fans it tells how he came to be injured and turned into the psychotic cyborg. In episode 3 Grievous comes of as a chump who talks to much,In this book he is a lightsaber pro who is just hacking down jedi like thier standing still. I would like to say more about Dooku and stuff but I don't want to ruin the book.
