I purchased this water tank to add to my current RO system for additional storage. Very easy to install in the system and works great! I now have two 4 gallon tanks which gives me about 6 gallons of water whenever I want it. This is a light weight tank, metal housing, came with a shutoff valve, pre-pressurized. Good value for the money and I will be getting another one in a while if I need more water. Just had to add a tee to the water line going to the other tank, ran a short line from the tee to this tank and opened the valve, that's all there is to it.

My old tank had lost pressure for long time. When I installed this one the pressure was restored and it works great. I get at least 3 gallons of water without losing pressure.

I can't imagine using my RO system without a water storage tank again. The water coming out of my RO System from the storage tank is at 60 PSI versus before, it was so low it wasn't even measurable. It no longer takes minutes to fill a glass with water, it takes seconds. I get the water from the system faster, and the system can take all the time it needs to re-fill the tank. It's truly a night and day difference. I would recommend anyone with a RO system, who has to wait for the trickle of water to fill a glass or a container, to seriously consider getting one of these storage tanks. The construction is solid, it's all steel on the exterior, so it's not going to get damaged easily, and extremely simple to setup. The initial tank flush took a couple of hours due to how slow my system runs, but putting it all together took about 5-10 minutes. It's really Plug 'n Play. I'm couldn't be more thrilled with this purchase.Vollständige Rezension lesen

I had a tank with a bladder failure, it was spurting air bubbles. This was a direct replacement that I just hooked up and started working. Be sure to flush it a few times as the directions said. After one flush I still tasted something not quite right. The free valve came in handy. Be sure to fully understand how to use the water coupler before trying to disconnect. Youtube was very helpful. You push the collar in to disconnect from the line. I was not familiar with this type of connector.

I have a Whirlpool WHER25 reverse osmosis system. My pressure tank went bad, so I bought this as a generic replacement. The tank does work (it holds water / pressure and has all the right connections), however it is just different enough from the original equipment specs (either size, pressure, etc) that the RO system constantly runs and just keeps dumping water through the drain line. It is like it RO system doesn't realize the tank is full and keeps trying to process more water, but has no where to put it so it overflows down the drain. It very rarely stops and burned through a new set of filters in less than a week. I do not believe this is a faulty tank, just a compatibility issue with my model of RO. I am sure it will work great with some other system. I am deducting one star because it would be nice to have some type of compatibility chart for this tank so purchasers will know if it works with their system.Vollständige Rezension lesen
