It fills a niche
This arrived with only the rigid pipe and nozzle although some are advertised as having both rigid and flexible pipes. It is exactly what I wanted as it is possible to load a cartridge or fill it from a tin or bulk. I also managed to use it to transfer the contents of a cartridge into a tin as those no longer seem to be available for the specialist grease I wanted and sometimes a tin is useful. It is easy to bleed the air out of it and the grip is comfortable and easy to use with full control one-handed. So far it has proved to be relatively mess free with no leaks or grease oozing out anywhere as some do. The loading tube, rod and handle are all metal so lock positively. The nozzle is very positive and secure in use. Overall it appears to be well made and I hope that it will give years of ... Slick operator keeps things running smoothly.
I hate grease guns, but they are essential for a long and happy life! In particular, I really hate trying to get the new cartridge in, but this one was exceptionally easy to load, at least for the first cartridge, only time will tell if the second and third turn out to be just as easy and mess free. Also, the fixed delivery tube is a lot quicker and easier to get on and off than my old flexible one, but I know there are going to be some grease points this is not going to work for, so I will have to keep the old one for a while just for these odd few. Good quality gun - easy to fit cartridge.
For the price it is very good. The facility to use grease cartridges as well as filling it by hand is a big improvement over my last grease gun. Seems to work very well and has plenty of pressure without having to strain my hand!

Surprised!
Didn't expect much for 15squids, but I have to say I'm really impressed. Greasing the machine was always least liked part of your work day. You know that flexi-hose grease guns, where tip was always slipping off from greasing nipple, needed two hands to operate, all the greasing gun covered in grease etc? No anymore. Good quality tip, nothing is leaking from greasing nipple, you can firmly push grease gun against nipple with stiff-pipe, one hand operation. Great value for money. Useless
Had a go with this for about an hour i tightened and slackened every operating nut on the gun, had limited success with changing the coupling after some adjustment bits started falling out of the end, got them back in. As said limited success with one number UJ, no success on propshaft and other UJ. The coupling may work if you can slacken and adjust it but when covered in grease it is not easy. I would avoid, just hoping i haven't pumped a load of air into my UJs. This was attempted while working under the vehicle.
