We are more than happy to accept any returns within a 14 day period BUT PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A 20% ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT. Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund. All serial numbers of every product are noted before shipping out. If any items are faulty they must be returned to us within 14 days and we will get our technical department to test the item. If faulty a refund will be issued minus the postage cost it cost us to originally send out to you and if it is not faulty and you have returned item to us as faulty, PLEASE NOTE we will minus the original postage cost it cost us to send out to you and minus a 20% Administration charge from the refund!! All items are sold as NEW & UNUSED & should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. PLEASE NOTE: If the item has been ordered by you by mistake or the item you ordered from us doe's not fit your machine as you ordered the wrong part, we will minus our original postage cost and a 20% administration charge when the item is returned to us. You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Dyson Vacuum Spares guarantees all parts against defective workmanship or materials for a period of 85 days from date of supplying invoice. They must be fitted by a competent person. Please make sure they are sent to us via tracked methods so they are covered under insurance.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us not complying with these Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us not complying with these Conditions. Seemed crazy to have to go so far abroad for Dyson parts. However, clutch arrived just as fast as getting from a Canadian warehouse. Exactly as advertised, arrived faster than estimated, now in vacuum. Thanks.

    New lease of life!!

    My beloved DC14 stopped picking up dirt. I was gutted as this had been the proverbial 'Triggers brush' of vacuum cleaners (only fools and horses fans will understand!). I have successfully replaced filters, hoses, brushes on a number of occasions. On close inspection the main clutch belt had worn and snapped. I've had a look at new Dyson models and have been very disappointed as they are cheap and plastic. My partner looked on YouTube and an American/Canadian gave us full instructions how to remove the broken one and replace it with a new one. We ordered the complete clutch assembly and, again, following the instructions I fitted it into my Dyson. It was a little bit fiddley and it took the skin off my thumb and knuckles, but it was well worth the struggle! It is now working perfectly, in ...

    Rejuvenated old Dyson now like new

    Excellent value & quickly despatched, YouTube shows how easy to fit, i had only one belt broken but at this price it would not make sense to replace both of them, and, with a new clutch included it was a no brainer to do the lot in one, just one awkward hex screw deep inside needs correct screwdriver or allen key type star torx type tool & the rest is easy

    Quality product at fair price.

    Excellent quality product. Great to have both belts in self contained unit. A little awkward to fit, but okay for DIY fix. I would recommend using the belt removal tool set!

    fitting requires perseverance

    Awkward to fit but do-able. Lot of levering to fit belts but once you get knack you wonder why you were straining to start with. Unit worked a treat. No complaints. Be sure to pull old unit directly upwards when removing old unit as plastic location pegs can become damaged or broken. Recommend watching some how to videos on internet. E spares have good one but look for others as well.

    Dyson DC07 Clutch assembly

    Unit comes with both belts fitted which is ideal as dismantling the actual clutch mechanism itself is very tricky especially if you have sausage fingers, like me. I "Googled" how to fit the assembly which proved quite straight forward if you take your time. The machine is running like new again now so thumbs up for this product.
