I have been using my Prowat SW600 for two years to power a medical devise, a floor standing oxygen concentrator, in my car. The concentrator would be damaged by most inverters. I had the Dodge dealer install the inverter under the center console between the front seats of my van. I was worried it might get hot under there, but it does not. I also got the remote control so I didn't have to reach underneath the console to turn the unit on and off. I use the inverter to power my concentrator every time I use the van. That includes daily around town trips, several six hundred mile weekend trips, and one 3,000 mile trip. According to RV people I talked with before buying my unit, installation is critical. Instruction come with the inverter, but I went ahead and had the car dealer mount it for me. It is recommended that the power cables run directly to the battery (with high speed inline high current fuse). Because of it's high reliability, and the fact that my concentrator runs contentedly on it, I would definitely buy this unit again. In fact, I would not buy another brand without quite a bit of research with other users. Xantrex makes good gear.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Runs all of my small AC needs. No buzzing or humming due to the sine wave. I really like all of Xantrex higher end product lines. They just work.
