    This is a book that uses a lot of examples to explain how people and organizations are resistant to change and how they can change. The authors used good, non-accademic language so anyone can understand. Not a dry tome but a fascinating book. I would also recommend their other book "Stick, How to make ideas stick"

  • Taking the stress out of change

    The book describes you as the leader "the rider" moving your people "the elephant" and setting them up for success" the path". Plenty of examples which may trigger ideas for your own situation. I am told that this book is found on about every executives desk. It is also available in espanol (Spanish)
