DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault without a return, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind". If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.

    MacBook Pro early 2015 13”

    Outstanding quality and was in as new condition with all original parts and box. Battery had only done 12 cycles. Although this MacBook is 5 years old it runs the latest MacOS Catalina fast and smooth. I’ve also connected it to my Samsung 27” 4K monitor and can confirm it outputs at 4K and runs fine at that resolution. Build quality is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

    Best Value for money ever

    First of all this is a Mac, regardless you like Macs or not. if you ever work on that machine you will understand why this company has this large fan base. very long battery, stunning display, fast SSD and 4quad i5 makes 4k video editing as smooth as web browsing.

    BEST AND QUICKEST LAPTOP EVER

    MacBooks are just amazing the quickest and prettiest and best quality laptop I've ever had. The screen resolution is beautiful and the way it feels it's just perfect. And so powerful. Love love MacBooks.

    All was great, obviously only down side is the thing i was already made aware of which is the no rubber feet on the bottom. Besides that fantastic product, runs amazing, looks good for being a used laptop.

    Good products when we got it. Very clean and tidy, as new.

    Like new, not sure about battery yet. Great that it has final cut with it as this is brilliant. Comes in original box, charger seems authentic. Easy to set up and connect to the internet. Powerful enough for all my needs
