    Good Basic Tips

    This book has tips on dressing to fit your particular body type. It lists over 40 body types which are found by taking some pretty easy body measurements. Bayou doesn't give a lot of excess info; there is not much text to read and then you delve right into how to determine your body type. Once you determine that, you just turn to the corresponding section in the book. This is not a fashion book. It just gives the basics on how to use your clothes to accentuate your best assets. I found it quite helpful and easy to follow.

    The Science of Sexy by Bradley Bayou

    Loved this book! It was an informative guide about the styles that best suit every woman's figure type and those that should be avoided. It was written with style and wit, just like its author. Mr. Bayou doesn't just dictate what a women should wear but he explains clearly why each style is apprpriate or not and he covers all facets of a woman's daily life from casual to corporate to that night out on the town. Mr. Bayou is a designer whose fashions I've admired for a long time. He designs high-end couture but, through his affiliation with QVC, he also designs for every woman, giving each of us the opportunity to dress high end. This is not just a "how-to" book; it's a truly enjoyable read and I'd recommend it to anyone.

    The Sience of Sexy by Bradley Bayou (2007)

    It was nice to see a book that actually answered the questions I had about; what do I wear? I seen the author Bradley Bayou on The Early Show and he made some really good points about how to dress according to your shape no matter what the latest fashions are. I ordered the book the next day and was pleased with the information. It does not have allot of information for each shape, but gives you exactly what you need to make better decisions when you purchase your next outfit.. I would definitely recommend this book to any one that still ask that question, I wonder if this makes me look fat.

    Best Book of Its Type

    Best book of its type that I have read. He is very realistic about body types and has many different body types for which he gives advice about dressing. I decided to buy it after seeing Bradley on the Today show speaking about the fashion industry encouraging eating disorders and how the industry doesn't show real women. I was impressed that he was trying to change attitudes in the industry.

    My style bible, every woman needs this

    This is my style bible. Changed the way I dress myself everyday from casual to work to a fancy dinner. And not only it helped me but I allowed every woman I know to find they style for their body. Bradley bayou knows what he is talking about. Every woman and teen girl needs this because too many women out there will just wear whatever is in their size. You need to learn what makes your body not just sexy but more the tru u.
