    Great variety of recipes with an index!

    Presented very well and has a nice index. Not every recipe has a photo, but there are sections of beautiful color photos of prepared dishes. Contains breakfasts, drinks, dips and spreads, sauces, dressings, salads, sandwiches, soups and stews, main dishes, sides, and desserts.

    IF YOU HAVE INSULIN RESISTANCE--YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW DR. NEAL BARNARD

    I'm just beginning to become a Vegan-due to health reasons. I spoke with, for two hours-for free, to our Family and Consumer Science agent at our Extension Center in my county. She was the one who touted Dr. Neal Barnard's Vegan diet. I read another of this books -Mastering Diabetes, then got his Cookbook. (he has many books) AND he is also on U Tube, I've been dealing with diabetes for 30 years. I went from Metformin, to insulin, then two insulins!! IN ONE MONTH I brought my diabetes down to 6 and all those other tests for Metabolic Syndrome went down also. AND both lowered my 24 hour insulin from 24 units a day to 18, and the one I take 4 times a day-B,L,D and before bed I don't always take because my blood sugar is in range. I am looking forward to following his reciepes and ...

    Book sells veggie living

    What a fantastic book, I feel healthier already. The cool thing is leaving it lying around has got my picky eater curious to try new and healthier choices for her meals. She's already paged through and planned some great dinners. The gorgeous photos helped sell her on these recipes, that's for sure.

    The dishes in this book are very bland and boring. Eating and food prep is supposed to be fun. Suggest you research the content of this book online. Darryl
