Product Information

Konami's popular Yu-Gi-Oh! card-battling series continues with World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus. Based on characters and events from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's television series, the game features both online and offline competition for up to four players. More than 4200 collectible cards are available on the cartridge, including both the "Storm of Ragnarok" booster set and the "Lost Sanctuary" structure deck. Solo players will duel a series of computer-controlled characters and have the option to create, edit, and share custom duels with other players around the world. As a special bonus, specially marked packages include three official Yu-Gi-Oh! trading cards for use in the "real" game.

    Review

    Package in before the expected date and the get full works with no problems. The package came with all of the contents. Only thing I didn't like was the packaging of the game.

    Overall, great game!

    Story line is interesting, and the gameplay is great. Compared to previous games, the AI has definitely increased to be much tougher. Lack of duel puzzles means you have to download them online, but the option to make your own allows a duelist's creativity to run wild. Sometimes AI takes a while to decide it's move, and could take up to a whole minute for it to make one move.

    Awesome game but there is some lag in duels

    Very fun game. XYZ monsters (the new type of monster, not the older machine fusions) are not included in this game because they were introduced after the game was created. Aside from those, the cards are very up to date with most of the monsters you'd expect to see at tournaments. Great practice for the real deal.
