    The Snow Queen

    I came across this movie a couple of years ago on pbs and only saw the last 20 minutes of it. It was so different because of the combination of real people and animation I had to buy it on ebay. The movie was made by BBC video and also has a special feature on it which describes the making of The Snow Queen, behind the scenes and interviews with the cast and crew. I found it all to be very interesting and I am glad I bought it. I had to rate it excellent for the way it was made and it seems it all goes together for a fairy tale

    The Snow Queen. Loved it!

    Excellent film. It has some animation which was well done. Watched by three four year old children who all wanted to watch it again and again. I bought them their own copy, so they could. Been watched by adults as well who all agreed that the animation really added to the film. At times you feel like you are looking at a fine painting which ever changes.

    Awesome movie, awesome animation. Great price.

    Bought for the wife and she loves this version the best. There is nothing to dislike about this dvd. The animation is so much better than in the past versions of the story. Do not hesitate to add this dvd to your library.

    havent seen it yet ...was gotten for a gift....but have heard good reviews...so looking forward too seeing the DVD and judging for myself
