The seller responded to my message very quickly and refunded my money. Thank you so much for the great customer service. I think the seller should complain to the carrier. The carrier company caused the whole issue. Holding the item the entire weekdays (5 days) and it’s stuck in one place. I guess that the driver lost it.

Also, one element, namely the roof sheeting - was shown in the description as being ‘metal’ but was delivered as paper. Again, probably my mistake for not asking the right questions.
