Guarantee - All plants & seeds are covered with a 12 month guarantee assuming correct care has been given. Where incorrect care occurs this will void any warranty. Should a problem occur within 12 months contact us with full details and a photo of the problem. A resolution will be offered, typically a refund or replacement depending on stock and item type. This 12 months does not apply to annual plants which are guaranteed for their expected life span.
 
Delivery- items are carefully packed and shipped. if there should be a problem upon arrival first please check the contents, if the box is damaged but the items are ok the packaging has done its job. If the contents are damaged please email us with a photo and simple details and we will come back to you asap.

The quantity was labelled correctly but did not contain the orchid bark chips or any apparent sphagnum moss. I was told these were ground up small but still didn't see them. My 4l order fit into a 2l jug and the bag it was sent in was thin and damaged in the post, even inside the cardboard box. The seller was very responsive and issued a full refund.
