    Great camera

    Also available in my country. Tried it out first. Liked the features and trademark. I needed it to take family and holiday pictures - the 10MP and 6x optical zoom were great for me. Option to buy other lenses. Good size to slip in handbag (but gets slightly bulky with soft case). Li-ion battery. Would have liked to have the possibility of checking the battery level. Have not experimented much yet but everyone was impressed with the photos I took. Very sharp, even when taken on an evening outside.

    quality & value

    nice compact quality camera, bought secondhand for just under £100 and is taking great shots. easy to use and lots of functions, but most importantly it has a nice quality lens which is what you need for sharp colourful images.

    Nothing wrong with older products.

    It would seem a backward step going for this camera after using a Sony Nex3 for the past 12 months,but not a bit of it.this camera is quality through and through.never mind it being 5 yrs old ,the only other cameras to come close are other Canons. For £80 odd £'s there is little to touch it,and if it has been well looked after so much the better.Not every purchase from EBay is going to be a bargain,but there are a lot of them out there.
