The seller sent me the wrong item, but they were super in responding to me, sending me the correct book and an envelope to return the wrong book in the same shipment, without delay. Let's See If It Works
I like that it's clear, concise, and it's easy to follow. They explain things many times so that it was easy for me to understand. One thing I would change, is that if you are not familiar with anatomy or have basic medical knowledge, some of the explanations can get kind of wordy and easy to get lost in. The chapters are separated into Boy vs. Girl and right next to each other so that you can easily compare the two. I'm not going to put the technique into practice until August, and hopefully we'll get the desired result (a girl); so stay tuned! Overall, the book was great. It was a good value for the money. I bought it used, so there was some underlining and highlighting (obviously the couple who had the book before me were trying for a boy!), but I could care less about that. They also ... They also broke the chapters into smaller sections, so if you only had time to read a paragraph or two, you weren't going to miss anything. One other thing I would change, is that he goes into great detail about the other methods out there, and he points them out at the end of a paragraph describing the Shettles method! Kinda confusing. I would put all that stuff into a totally separate chapter. Have a True or False? section of the book, and compare the different methods in THAT way. When you're trying to sort out what you have to do versus what NOT to do, and to have them both in the same paragraph makes it very confusing!! Other than those two small editing changes, the book was a good value for the money, and it's easy to follow as far as the chapter grouping is concerned. Anybody who has no idea how babies are made can easily be educated using this book! Like I said previously, we won't be putting this into practice until August, but hopefully it will work! Then I will have gotten my $11.00 worth! :-) Good luck to all who try this method!

How to Choose....is a winner!
I believe you have to practice this to a tee for it to work but it is a very comprehensive blend of knowledge and instruction to aide in sex selection. I have several friends who have personally had success with this method and I am eager to start trying. Warning: this method is very involved and takes time to prepare and monitor your body. Be prepared to work for this baby!

Great information!
I haven't really tried the information yet, so I will let you know if the info worked or not =)... It was very well written and much of the information made sense. So, overall, yes, even if you just want to know information about the pregnancy overall, read it. Gives very valuable information for women planning to get pregnant.

Excellent Book!
We used this book to have our son, and now we are sharing it with our friends! The book helps you to understand ovulation, so it's a great read for trying to conceive as well.
