  I ordered the 1st item and delivery was looking good until I got a message saying delivery attempted the courier will attempt to deliver again, I was confused by this because at the time the ‘attempted’ delivery took place I was no more than 15 feet away from the door and doorbell with an open door and heard nothing, nothing on cameras either. I contacted the seller who offered me a replacement or refund I had a replacement delivered in a few days. Excellent service.

  I recived the parcel. Thank you. The item is as described and I'm more than happy with that. Unfortunately I pay double because my previous delivery of the same item I didn't recived. The item was delivered by another company not by Royal Mail. Thank you very much. The item looks amazing and is easy to use. Is a very good remote control according quality and price.   I cannot thank the seller enough for trying to fix a problem, The 1st remote for my YG620 that they sent didn't work, so they sent another, & when that didn't work they refunded me without any worry's, I have offered to send back the remotes twice but they haven't responded, the seller really tried their best & for that i am thankful.👍
