I already owned this product and decided to purchase another one for a friend. After trying many exercise DVDs in the past, and after always finding reasons why I didn't like them, couldn't find time for them, etc. I read about Leslie Sansone. This DVD is excellent. The 1 mile walk is only 20 minutes long and combines warm up, walking/exercise, cool down, and stretching. There's no real excuse not to find 20 minutes to squeeze this in. Parts of the routine involved small weights but you don't need to use them in order to be successful with this (I do not use the weights shown in video but sometimes use my own 3 or 5 pound weights). This is an excellent way to get started if you feel the need/desire to add exercise into your life but don't have much free time to spare!
The workout video is very easy to follow & very motivating. Even for myself, which I am very overweight & working on losing . Its a doable workout for me even with my pain. I have back & knee problems. Would highly recommend this video to someone just starting out on a weightloss path.

These are vintage workouts. I have been looking for these particular videos. I purchased these workouts back years ago. Lost track of them. I was truly happy to find these videos again. There are 3 separate workouts on one DVD. Hand held weights can be used while walking 1,2, or 3 miles.

Walk Away the pounds is a great way to work out! I have lost weight and inches, and have gotten in great shape! I use 3 pound weights. You can’t go wrong with these workouts! It’s wonderful!

I love this workout. it gives you the choice between doing 1,2, or 3 miles. So if in the beginning you aren't that fit, you can start slow and then work your way up to the more intense ones. I lost about 20 pounds doing this workout 4 times a week. It isn't hard to follow either. She has about 4 or 5 moves you do throughout the workout but the majority of it is walking in place. I have since bought other DVD's she has that are a more advanced workout since I have gotten all the way to the 3 mile on this one.
