The "2011" edition of EA Sports' FIFA Soccer presents a multifaceted virtual experience of playing the world's most popular sport. Although built upon the same basic game-engine foundation and featuring play systems developed over many years of top-selling soccer releases, the game's interface has been updated and key elements have been refined for more balanced action on the pitch. In particular, goalie artificial intelligence is enhanced, for more responsive, perceptive, computer-controlled keepers. In the Wii edition, gamers have the option of playing street-style five-on-five games, with a team of players who each have a distinctive special skill. The game also introduces a new trick system, designed to allow practiced gamers to take intuitive, flick-of-the-wrist control of their onscreen soccer stars. In any position, new aspects of player and team customization are prominent in all versions of the game. As in earlier editions, FIFA 11 includes representations of hundreds of real-life pro players, teams, and stadiums from various minor and major leagues around the world.

    This is what a Soccer game should be like!!

    I was anticipating the release of this game for a while, it is exactly what I expected, great gameplay, the interface is easy to learn. How could you go wrong with all the teams worldwide at your fingertips! Also the ability to play on the Wii with the option to use the classic controller made this a must buy!!

    THE GAME IS GOOD. THE GAME IS VERY FAST AND ITS RELLY FUN TO PLAY IT. WHEN I PLAY IT ON THE WII YOU CAN PLAY WITH 4 PLAYERS AT A TIME IN HIT THE PITCH. YOU CAN GO ON HIT THE STREETS WITH THE GAME AND IT FEELS LIKE YOUR PLAYING IN THE STREETS BUT YOU GET HALF THE THE TEAM. YOU CAN PLAY BATTLE FOR GLORY AND THAT IS YOU CAN PICK YOUR OWN TEAM AND GET LOTS AND LOTS OF TROPHIES.STREETS TO STADIAM IS LIKE YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN PLAYER AND YOU CAN MAKE IT RUN FASTER AND LOTS OF OTHER THING JUST BY UPGRADING THE PERSON THAT YOU CREATED.TORNAMENT IS THE SAME THING AS BATTLE FOR GLORY BUT THE DIFFERENSE IS THAT IF YOU LOSE YOU ARE OUT OF THE TORNAMENT AND IN BATTLE FOR GLORY YOU CAN LOSE OR WIN AND YOU ARE NOT OUT OF THE GAME. I LOVE THE GAME. IT VERY GOOD.

    very disappointing vs FIFA08

    i bought the product because i liked fifa08 and wanted to be able to continue to play online. unfortunately, it is COMPLETELY different from the 08 version, and the changes are not improvements. you have almost no options in the game. you can't set strategy or tactics, no subs, no replays. it is extremely frustrating, and to add insult to injury, opposing players can blow horns at you ad nauseum when they score or at the end of games. it can be an infuriating experience.

    Great

    Fifa 11 was ok, I was expecting more in regards to graphics. I had played the xbox version for a long time, and it definitely is not the same! So if you expect you are getting something similar to the xbox version, don't buy this one. I still liked the game, but not at 100%
