Very Comforting Book! Good To Know Others Are Going Thru The Same Thing!
If you are reading this right now, please find comfort that I understand what you are going thru as I am in the same boat as you. I have been trying to conceive for 4 years and I've had 2 miscarriages. I bought this book because I, like Julia, was told that I will never conceive a child without using a donor egg because my FSH levels were too high. "Advanced maternal age" they called it. I wanted to slap them for using those words. I mean, it's hard enough going thru what you are going thru. You don't need someone basically telling you you are old all the time! I know how old I am!! I was interested in this book because I do honestly believe that after all the testing, and hoping, and praying, and more testing that doctors DON'T know everything. You really do know your body better than ... If you are reading this right now, please find comfort that I understand what you are going thru as I am in the same boat as you. I had a little trouble with her writing style but other than that I would highly recommend this book. I'm not done reading it yet, but so far, I have received some good suggestions from the book.

Fairly good book
I enjoyed reading this book. However, some of the views were a little extreme. Though, if you are desperate to conceive, I suppose one would try anything! I like the fact that the author sought to help her own self naturally and not just through medication.

Providing Hope
This book was great. I read it in one day. I couldn't put it down. If you are struggling with infertility and you feel like there is no hope, this bok is the one to read.
