There are cheaper ones on the market. But oxford is an established British brand that has been around for years so reliability is what I'm talking about. Did find the leads were a little bit short but fortunately for me I have a friend who is a mechanic who fitted it for me. Once the usb lead is plugged in you will notice that it is tight. I would say this is for water proofing. The little things can make a difference.
