Nappex™ offers a 1-year warranty on all rechargeable and battery-powered items purchased directly through Nappex™ or an authorized reseller. In countries that require a longer warranty period, Nappex™ will extend the warranty appropriately. Unauthorized dealers include Amazon and eBay. Nappex™ cannot guarantee that sellers on these platforms have genuine, new Nappex™ products and therefore cannot honor the warranty for items purchased through these outlets.
 
Please note that due to the nature of our products, claims are valid for operating parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or disassemble the pleasure object (or accessories) will void the warranty. Warranty replacement is only valid for replacement of the same model or replacement of the same model value in the case of a discontinued or out-of-stock product.
 
In the event of a warranty claim, Nappex™ may, at its sole discretion, exchange the affected product for a new product or refund the customer the purchase price. If Nappex™ chooses to replace the product, the old product will be replaced by a new product of the same type, quality and type. If the product type in question is no longer manufactured at the time of the malfunction report, Nappex™ is entitled to supply a comparable product.
 
Nappex™ does not offer a satisfaction guarantee. Nappex™ does not accept returns as items cannot be resold due to health concerns. In the case of a possible defective device, please first contact the store where the product was purchased to inquire about their return policy. Retailer exchange/return policies vary by location. If the store refuses to replace the product directly, please send a claim to nappex.service@outlook.com. Please include a photo of your receipt, first and last name and mailing address, as well as the model of the toy and a description of your problem. No registration is necessary to activate a Nappex™ product warranty, just keep your receipt or other proof of purchase to show when and where your toy was purchased. This information is required when requesting a warranty replacement. Without proof (invoice, receipt, bank account number, etc.) you cannot replace your toy.
