Great photos, tasty recipes.
This book is a cookbook, a book for people who enjoy cooking, not just a book which states what you can eat if you are a Type II diabetic. The illustrations are lush and the recipes easy to follow. Really encouraging - you can enjoy food and eat ice cream again. The recipes are very imaginative.

Sure way to beat your pre diabetes
This book isn’t complicated!!! It doesn’t have lots of exotic ingredients in the recipes and you can adapt the amounts of carbs to eat based on your health needs. An eye opener is how many spoons of sugar correspond some of our everyday foods. If you are going to cut out bread and cakes and pastries all together you have to buy the ingredients you need but once you are set up for it, it’s easy. I recommend this book and I have bought one for my daughter.

best diet book i have bought easy to follow ,it a new way of eating and enjoyable just set your mind to this is my future and good health . i am eating better than i ever did and enjoying it and i lost 10lbs in first week would recommend this book to every one the menus are great .

Low carb recipes helpful
Gives great ideas for low carb diabetic life changes. The recipes are good, tasty and reasonably easy to follow and cook. Good to have input from diabetic husband and specialist doctors advice to assist in this lifestyle changing system of eating.

Would highly recommend
Extremely good method for loosing weight, no counting calories or points, eat sensibly and loose those pounds. I have tried several times in the last 4 years to no avail, but this does work.
