All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20% . For countries outside the E.C. Value Added Tax (VAT) is deductible on all items. When we receive your order we will automatically remove the VAT if it is not applicable to your country of origin.

Ordering
Although we have a very comprehensive range of stock we can not guarantee that every item shown and listed is always in stock. If an item is not immediately available, and we have a similar product, we will contact you and suggest a near substitute, at which point, you can decide if you would like the substitue, wait for the desired item, or cancel your order. We will never send substitutes without notification or contacting the customer first.
 
Please Note: Orders that are placed on ServoShop can only be sent to the card holder's registered address.
If the delivery address given does not security match to the card holder's address then the goods will not be sent.

Steve Webb Models "ServoShop" can accept no liability for damages caused by an items use or misuse. Refunds or compensation will never exceed, in monetary terms, more than the cost of the item supplied and purchased.
 
You have the right to cancel within 14 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel. You are required to return the goods unopened/unused and in the same condition as supplied at your own cost within 28 days. We will subtract the cost of carriage charges from your refund, if it is not a warranty or faulty return.
 
These rights are in addition to those relating to faulty goods. Your Statutory rights are not effected regarding faulty items. All items are covered by the appropriate manufacurers warranty. In most instances due to the nature of the goods and their operational use, no faulty item can be replaced without inspection by the manufacturer first.

    Easy to use, in both size and temperature, good results.

    as good as expected, time will tell if product is durable, but first impressions are good.

    Good value iron.

    Not had the product long but seems to be good at what it does, only downside I have found is the temp. knob gets very hot, but I would recommend the iron as it seems well put together.

    so far so good

    It worked just as I would have expected from a new tool. How durable it is, remains to be established. One item of complaint is that the Cotton Cover is very poor and the nose of the iron cut through the material on its first use.

    God value

    God iron heats up fast and surface is god smooth non stick...oils do with a indicator light when it’s on and reaches temp but it’s good value
