Age of Consent
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer must accept the age limit when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods.
If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice
 
Delivery
Goods supplied within the United Kingdom will normally be delivered within five working days of acceptance of order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by a third party to the Buyer's address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
 
Price and Payment
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Ebay listing. Unless stated on the Ebay listing to the contrary, the Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed prior to confirming the order and completing the payment process.
After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods.
Payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Contract if:-
The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods;
The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer's area; or
One or more of the Goods was listed at an incorrect price due to any error.
If the Seller does cancel the Contract, the Seller will notify the Buyer by e-mail and will re-credit to the Buyer's account any sum deducted by the Seller from the Buyer's credit card / Paypal account as soon as possible. The Seller will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation to the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Ebay website at its discretion. 1.7 The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Ebay website at any time.
The Seller shall not be held liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Ebay Website or for refusing to process an order
Returns
If you would like to return a product you have purchased for any reason. You must do this within 30 days of receipt. To start this return process please contact our returns team at futuraebay@futuramail.co.uk
If you are returning a product which has been purchased by mistake, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the delivery and the return postage costs. All goods returned must be returned using a Tracked courier service. All goods must arrive in a brand new condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, if the goods are in a resalable condition a refund minus any costs will be processed within 5 working days. If there are any reasons the refund cannot be processed you will be informed.

    An efficient and inexpensive hedge trimmer without the problems of buying petrol and mixing it.

    It appears to be well made and we wanted it to cut a 40 metre hawthorn hedge, without the problems of a petrol engined cutter. It does the job easily and much more quietly than one with a petrol engine. The battery is very small despite its power and is easy to put on/take off for re-charging and storage. The charger is also compact. The head can be moved to alter the cut angles by depressing the large orange buton at the cutting head end, with plenty of adjustments. On the downside, as has been commented by others, it is "head end heavy", as unlike a petrol engined model, there is no weight at the back end to counterbalance it. Annoyingly, the shoulder strap can't easily be moved to the front end of the main shaft for a better balance, although evenyually we managed to do so, which ...

    Good quality and value for money, excellent features.

    Straightforward to put together, just follow the well written instructions. Not too heavy to use. Trimmed a large hedge. It cuts well and cleanly. The Batteries charge within the hour. They didn't last quite as long as I was expecting, but I can make allowances for that. Easy to clean and dismantle.

    Great tool at a good price.

    At an extremely competitive price for the hedge cutter AND 2 batteries, I did wonder how it would perform. Firstly, the construction was robust and good for its task. The battery lasted for a long time 15-20 minutes of continuous hard running. I did think the blades might be only good for cutting thin material, but it handles 10mm woody material easily. The batteries charge quickly and appear to maintain their performance after charging. The downside for this unit didn't worry me but might be an issue for others..... The cutting end is heavier than a petrol version because the motor is situated at the cutting end and not the handle end. The harness attachment point is too close to the handle end and would need to be dismantled to position it further out, on the other side of the rubber ...

    Battery Hedge Trimmer

    Their is no getting away from the fact that any hedge trimmer of this type will feel heavy after some use, no matter which one you buy. This is easy to assemble, seems well built,( time will tell), isn't noisy and cuts well. Overall very pleased with this.

    Efficient and effective

    Great value as it came with two batteries. This really does work well and I had 2 hours use from each battery before recharging was needed, which I found remarkable even though it operates at 20Volts and 1500mAH. I can't fault it and I certainly put it through its paces on my badly overgrown hedges of which I have over 100 feet in length, which means 200 feet in total for both sides. Giving it such a run meant that the head unit became quite warm at which point I gave the trimmer and myself a rest so we could both recover from such strenuous exercise. Not overly concerned about this as all such units get hot and after a coffee, I continued with the same battery until it was exhausted. Another coffee and a fresh battery saw me continuing until unit became warm again, when I returned to ...
