Confirmation of dispatch emails are sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account when we process your order. This email will include your invoice as a PDF attachment. VAT is included on UK orders, and excluded on overseas orders over the IOSS value amount.
 
We ship with FedEx, TNT, Business Post, Palletways, and sometimes a local sameday courier. All items are insured in transit and we fix any problems that arise from transit. Most orders will be delivered next working day (cut off time applies). Some UK postcodes are not guaranteed 24 hour delivery. International orders take longer, and vary on the country shipping to. We use the Palletways network for larger items or high quantity orders.
 
We use custom made cartons and micro pallets as appropriate to pack. Please bear in mind the P&P charge is for postage and packaging costs which is substantial when sending heavy items.
 
Please provide a contact number for delivery. This enables tracking updates when available, and more generally, the courier will have the option to contact you if they have difficulties finding the address. this is especially important for international orders. We treat your phone number as confidential information and do not distribute them. If the item is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, we may need to charge shipping again before re-sending if you have not provided this (at our discretion).
 
If goods need to be returned, the customer bears the expense of return shipping, and is liable for protecting the goods against damage on the return trip. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if necessary. Examples of when we would do this is when the customer changes their mind or bought something that does not fit. This is does not effect your right to return under EU DSR which we uphold in their most current form. All returns should be authorised by us in advance, and should be shipped with a traceable courier that provides POD "proof of delivery" signature confirmation. Insurance is at the customers discretion. If the customer make a discretionary return (ie not due to fault or mistake by ourselves) then we deduct the outbound shipping cost from the refund amount. This includes deducting shipping costs incurred on free of charge shipping items.
 
We ship to the address provided on the order.
The invoice will be made out to the details / address that appear on the eBay order system.

We pack and ship out orders as quickly as we can. We do dispatch most items the day they are ordered. For small items an approximate cut off is 3PM, for larger items 12PM but this is by no means a rule and when busy the cut off time will be earlier, or same day dispatch not possible. If you have an urgent order let us know as soon as you can so we can start work on it.

    Great replacement battery for Mountfield ride on mower replacing the Fiamm 12FGH36 battery

    Great replacement battery for Mountfield ride on mower replacing the Fiamm 12FGH36 battery. You will have to re-use the wires/connections off the old battery and either fit new 6.3mm spade connectors (female) for the Ritar battery or unsolder the old ones off the Fiamm battery. I just cut the wires to the soldered spade connectors on Fiamm battery and fitted new female spades to connect with the Ritar battery - works like a dream and for a fraction on the cost.

    Exactly the right replacement at a good price

    Bought to replace a failed lead acid battery in a cordless inflatable dinghy pump. An exact replacement in terms of size, capacity, terminal positions etc., and a very good price for what I hope will prove to be better than the original which failed within a year...my fault probably for failing to charge often enough during the winter!

    Excellent UPS Replacement Batteries

    Installed these batteries as replacements in my Power Walker 2200VA UPS. The previous batteries when new maintained power for 43 minutes to my standard load (one desktop PC and network switch). After an overnight charge these new ones maintained power to the same load for more than 45 minutes. A very satisfactory result.

    A good product with known track record and a higher rating than the competition in same size package.

    Well made and approved by recognized industry & government agencies. I like the 9AH rating in the same size package as competitors 7AH units. Especially helpful to me as the originals were 8AH used in a UPS for my computer system. So I gain extra capacity/time and/or less stress on these batteries.

    I bought the right battery

    I wasn't sure and did some research to replace a portable PA system rechargeable battery. The battery was the right match for my Vexus speaker and was easy to replace. It arrived very quickly.so far it is taking its charge well.I'm delighted with this product
