Excellent workout, gave a sweat of my life!
Let me tell first that I am not a fan of Kim K, neither dislike her. When I saw her in a tv appereance doing this dvd exercises moves, I thought that they were similar to the one I use to do when I finished kickboxing class. OMG when I do this exercises for the first time, I barely make it to the end. I've been physically active all my life, in my correct weight and do exercise 5 to 6 times a week. Lately I've have done Chalean Extreme and those beachbody DVD's (except for P-90X and Insanity)that are still waiting for me in my room. Very nice, lots of squats, push up, intervals. The cue is excellent and they explain everything in detail. You will need: a step (only for push up and you can substitute them for a ball or do them on the floor). Also light weights 1-3 lbs (I use 1.5) no ... Let me tell first that I am not a fan of Kim K, neither dislike her. Great for Moms and people on the go!
The idea itself is really cute, but I have to say what I like the most is the workout you get for the time you doing it. They don't spend too much time on the warm up but it's still very effective. It seems weird that Kim keeps saying that she can't do certain things but yet she says it's her favorite workout but otherwise it's very easy to follow and gets the results quick. I will definately buy the others in the series.The idea itself is really cute, but I have to say what I like the most is the workout you get for the time you doing it. great workout, you feel the burn and it's easy to get through
I have done the workout a few times since purchasing the DVD. This is such a good workout! I was only able to do 20 mins of the entire workout only because I felt like my legs were going to fall off. Needless to say it is a very good workout and you really do feel it the next day.

I bought this DVD as a gift, and the recipient, my niece, is confused. I have watched the workout, and I agree. Too much screen time is spent on close-ups of Kim's face while she merely agrees with her aerobics instructor: "I really feel the burn!" Meanwhile, the viewer can't see Kim's body executing fairly complicated physical moves. If you can imagine trying to follow an aerobics instructor with only an audiotape to assist you, you get the idea.I bought this DVD as a gift, and the recipient, my niece, is confused. I have watched the workout, and I agree. Too much screen time is spent on close-ups of Kim's face while she merely agrees with her aerobics instructor: "I really feel the burn!" Kim Kardashian workout!
At first I though Kim Kardashian and workout in the same sentence was a bunch of bull. BUT... this workout is actually pretty good. She's really just the face of the video. Jennifer Galardi, the instructor on the video, is legit. It's not something you should depend on for big results but it's a good workout.
