All items are subject to availability.
All prices quoted are inclusive of any taxes.
All items remain the property of Prokraft (HLW) until paid for in full.
All items are described as accurately as possible, all dimensions provided are approximate. We reserve the right to
amend specification on any item as required, we will endeavour to advise customers of any changes before shipping
items.
All shipping prices quoted are for delivery to mainland UK. Shipping fees exclude all overseas addresses and
premium delivery services unless added to your shopping cart at time of order.
We will not accept any responsibility for items that are not delivered if an incomplete or inaccurate address has been provided by the buyer. Deliveries are made to the building specified in the address provided, we do not provide confirmed delivery to individual parts of multi-occupancy buildings (eg: flats or sub-let units) it is the buyers responsibility to arrange facility to have deliveries signed for when required. This is in line with the terms of delivery currently operated by Royal Mail.
We reserve the right to change the specified delivery courier at our discretion.
We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery - the terms and conditions of the postage handler will be reflected in our policies (usually Royal Mail)
We accept returns of our items provided they are returned to Prokraft in the original unopened and undamaged packaging (where applicable) and in unused condition, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned must be done using a "signed for" service - electronic confirmation will be required before any refunds are given.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or
consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the good. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund to the value of the goods supplied.
Items returned that are faulty will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Prokraft(HLW). Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty.
Prokraft(HLW) is not responsible for the content of any material, paper or digital the company supplies that has been created by a third party.
Prokraft(HLW) is not responsible for third party web content viewed by way of links provided by the company.
Any import or duty fees arising from the shipping of Prokraft(HLW) products outside the UK are the liability of the
purchaser, we will not be liable for any such charges
Prokraft (HLW) reserve the right to decline service for any reason - a full refund will be given for any monies paid when service is declined
