    This company ie absolutely great to deal with. I had issues as only part order was delivered. I contacted supplier, who immediately reacted and sent me the rest of order. All this was done without me knowing it was the post office who had caused the issue by not delivering the second parcel. And no communication from the postal service what so ever.     Package arrived quickly, ahead of schedule! Packing was really great, very protective, and there was no damage to the contents, which were perfect -- usually cardboard in the UK is thin and just sufficient for local shipments, often falling apart on international mail, but this was really well packed, and a pleasant surprise. Everything as described. No issues. Also, great communication with the Seller. Overall, A+ and would buy again!

    I rarely give 5*, except for exceptional service. Gudz UK deserve 5*. My purchase was mis-delivered last Thursday to an address several hunderd miles away from me. I found out from Royal Mail on Friday where the item had been delivered and emailed Gudz about the problem on Saturday. Today (Monday) a replacement item arrived and I received a response to my phone call of earlier in the day, confirming that Gudz had sent a replacement.

    All good stuff

    I had a chest infection which I couldn't get rid of. After taking this it cleared in 4 days. Forget 'cough bottles' (which are pointless anyway!) and antibiotics. This is all good natural stuff and from reading other reviews on it -for all ailments concerning the respiratory tract this can help if not cure. Highly recommended.

    Herbetom works for me

    Was given Herbetom while on holiday in Lanzarote a few years back by a herbal chemist it cleared chesty cough with in a few days, So glad to have found it on ebay as not available to buy else where . Have recommended to friends & family who also order it online

    Miracle medicine!

    I've had an extremely irritating tickly cough on and off for almost a year but didn't want to take conventional medicine with its horrible side effects. This medicine was a last ditch attempt to avoid this and it works! Been taking it now for about 1 month and it's keeping it at bay. I don't think it will cure what is a chronic condition which means I'll need to keep taking it. However, it tastes nice! Have to say it's rather expensive although it's worth it.
