Only one big problem, I politely asked the delivery man if he would take the heavy boxes of cat litter to the back of the bungalow approximately a 30 second walk,I explained that normally my husband would do this himself but he has not long been home after six weeks in hospital having chemotherapy and stem cell transplants, he refused to do it and could not get away fast enough, very rude and arrogant. Never again.
