Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you.

Not worth the bother
On the face of it, the charging stand looks like a good idea. However, unlike most mobile phones the shaver doesn't have charging contacts apart from the built-in plug for the mains adapter. The lead now plugs into the side of the stand at about two o'clock. It's very fiddly engaging the shaver with the stand. You have to get the angle and orientation just right (it leans forward), and because it's black you need good lighting to see exactly where the socket is. The bowl doesn't guide the shaver into position. The stand is very light, so it moves around while you're trying to locate the shaver. You end up picking up both parts in both hands and fitting them together that way. When you come to pick up the shaver the stand somes with it, unless you detach it with a finger. Panasonic charger
The shaver does fit into the charger, but only the base was supplied. A charger plug was essential.
