Incredible Interface For Webinars Podcasts Skype Zoom Screen Recording On PC
I'm not a recording artist or musician BUT I do record audio and video and Live Stream webinars off my Windows 10 PC. I had been using a really nice Audio Technica AT 2005USB / XLR combo Dynamic mic for all my PC work and it has given me really nice results. But there are times when I need to go wireless and I just had no way to get my Sennheiser G3 Body Pack into the PC, so tried this Steinberg and I'm really impressed. The Drivers are super stable and my PC Instantly recognized the device. I took my regular Mic which is normally connected to the PC and routed it into Input 1 and this thing took what was already really nice sound and just warmed it up and boosted it ever so slightly. So Far so good, I got an improvement I wasn't even looking for. Then I hooked up the EW100 G3 Receiver to ... Just a couple of setting notes. On my Dynamic Mic, I had to adjust the gain all the way to full 10 out of 10, but it didn't add any noise it just rounded out the sound of an already good mic. For the Sennheiser wireless, I had to adjust the gain down to 2 out of 10 .... It's a great Unit. Solid Construction, looks good on the desk and travel friendly. I can see taking this on the road with me.

The UR22MKII solved my latency problem
The greatest problem I have found with using Steinberg software is finding drivers for hardware items that do not include so much latency. But the driver for this unit let me drop the sampling rate until the latency was gone. Two mic or guitar channels IN (and two OUT) and MIDI channels IN and OUT allowed me to connect my mixer and my MIDI patch board -- and that was all I needed. The only thing it needs is more amplification in the ear phone jack. But a $20 ear phone amp fixed that. I'm running a desktop with an Intel i7 Core 3770K CPU, 32 Gb RAM with Windows 10 (64 bit).The greatest problem I have found with using Steinberg software is finding drivers for hardware items that do not include so much latency. Works great!
Great sound. Great features: audio as well as midi for older gear. Can adjust latency more than my last audio box. Works with both Mac and PC.

Audio and Midi for Windows and Linux
I was looking for an audio and midi interface that works on Windows 10 and Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) In Linux it worked without installing anything. It configured itself after connecting usb. In Windows, the driver in Cd made it work in minutes. Pristine clear sound and Solid midi transmission!!! Good investment. Very satisfied!

Amazing Budget USB Audio Interface
Gets you in the Cubase game quick. Amazing preamps and MIDI connectivity, all with the simplicity of USB. Steinberg has a winner here.
