The item arrived in good condition. It was shipped quickly and arrived faster than I would have thought it would coming from over seas. The seller listed my vehicle as supported by this unit in the listing. I did send him my vin# and he said it was not supported by this unit and sent a link to one that did not show my vehicle as supported. So I ordered the first one and it did NOT work. In the listing it does not show the A4HD or A4 item ID that the seller used to tell me what unit to buy.
