For the price I like the overall quality. Stitching is not the best I've seen, but it does look like it is durable. Back panel is smaller than I thought it would be, but it's big enough to attach a water bladder if needed. I wish the straps had attachment clips instead of being just a strap. Over all though I like this better than the old Alice suspenders.

I went to my favorite army store in Marietta, Ga the other day. I was looking for a load vest, you know the one, like the one you wore in the army. I knew I had one, but where? I looked everywhere, but I just couldn't put my hands on it. When I got home, I started digging and I found two that were taken off some of Sadams guys. To say they were garbage is saying too much. I put the new one next to them & it wasn't much better, so I found one on the web and it was great. Made the others look like worn out toys. And for two dollars more, I got a Condor brand ,(I know these folks, they offer a number of war supplies). Am I satisfied? Oh hell yes. I'll throw the other old ones back where I found them & I'll take the other back to the army store. If you need this kind of product, get on eBay & look for Condor brand. It's top notch. I have had the Condor battle belt set-up for awhile and after adding some new pouches that add more mags than I previously had attached, it made sense to get the suspenders. I grew up playing paintball and loved my Vietnam era LC-1 ALICE set-up. I had the belt, suspenders, flashlight on the suspenders, canteens, triplle mag pouches for mags, etc. That set-up was my first set-up ever back when I was paintballing as a teenager in the midand late 90's. At nearly 30, I got married, had a kid, and decided I needed a firearm and training to protect my family. That LC-1 set-up was my first load bearing gear for tactical firearm training. I needed something new and got a plate carrier (mollr attachments of course), plates, pouches, and began using that for the past six years. I had my back fused and needed something lighter for training so I got the battle belt and pouches. With the suspenders now, it reminds me a lot of my old LC-1, just way more modern, padded, and more comfortable. The suspenders are very padded, much more than generations before. It's very comfortable and well-designed. The actual webbing that attached to the D-rings of the battle belt is the same as all of Condor molle webbing. It's a decent nylon webbing, but I would think they would use something a little thicker, as there are varying degrees of stronger and thicker webbing available. That is probably the only complaint I have other than there is a crazy amount of excess webbing and not any equipped to contain it. Similar products that have excessive webbing often have 1" elastic rings to contain the rolled/folded up excess webbing, but this does not. You need to either cut it (if you never plan on getting bigger, smaller, letting someone else use it, or sell it) or fold/it up and tape around it, which is what I did. I may cut it. It's a well-designed set of suspenders that does it's job of comfortably supporting and distributing the weight on the battle belt. And it gives me a nostalgic feeling of the old ALICE set-up. Purchased this harness as a referral from a friend. After seeing his it was obvious the product was well made with good quality materials. Wasn't disappointed, either. It is the same as my friend's and will work well with my Line gear system. After using for several days I'm very impressed. Much lighter than the old cotton style H harnesses. Very well made. No buckles digging into my back and no having to wrap those buckles to keep them in place and silence them. Spreads the weight across my shoulders a lot better, too. Excellent buy!

Bought this item. Did not realize it was made in China. Would not have bought it if I had seen it where it was made. The straps in the back are too wide for the battle belt that I own. Do not know the quality of the material but am not enthused.
