    Would I really . . . . ?

    Yes, I would! Though I haven't tried many recipes from this cookbook, I certainly WOULD buy it again. The recipes I've tried were easy to follow and understand and since cookbooks ARE NOT written in stone, I find it easy to substitute (or just leave out) ingredients I don't have or like. One drawback though: Be advised that though the book says gluten free on the cover, one must be aware that some of the recipes are not. Still, I would buy it again and recommend it to others. BTW: the Chipotle Black Bean Soup (82), Broccoli Cheese Soup (76), Curried Broccoli and White Bean Salad (102), and Roasted Vegetable Bowls (110) are to die for. Yummmmm! !

    Great service. Great book

    I originally took this book out at my library along with many other instant pot cookbooks. For me, this one was the best with a photo of every HEALTHY recipe included. Everything I have made so far has been easy and delicious The condition of the book was pristine and it arrived very quickly. Very pleased.
