Smell good cologne!
It was a gift from my sister. I started to like the smell of it. My friend was surprised when he saw I ordered this exact brand and bottle because he also used it. I didn't draw any compliments. I guess people don't give compliments when it comes to men cologne. Maybe because it only lasted a few hours at most. I could really smell when I just spray on. About a few hours later, I couldn't smell it any more. It was a gift from my sister. I started to like the smell of it. Loved by many hated by many - acquired taste - Suitable for mature Men
Supposedly there is no perfume like Kouros by YSL, in its ability to split the audience into lovers or haters of the smell. As a kid I did not like this smell and now in the name of nostalgia I am looking to buy the smells of my youth. I am looking for a Givenchy next. This perfume was introduced in 1981 and is still in production. Over the years (so I learned while looking to buy it) Both the package and the formula have gone through several changes. Turns out that now we buy the L'Oreal bottles without the silver shoulders and base which through me off when i was looking to buy. I thought these were fakes. But maybe not. Exquisite
This is positively the best fragrance. Musty and spicy and sweet, just heavenly, and the compliments are aplenty. Wish it didnt fade so quickly. 1-2 hrs is about all I get. Still love it tho.

Why Kouros?
I have been using this aftershave/cologne since it was introduced. I am not technical enough to explain the different components that make up the overall scent it generates, suffice to say I like it. Is it as good for someone else? I don't know. Scent is a very personal item and I know that different people's skin types produce overall differences in the end result aroma given off. I enjoy this brand and have tried others in the now extensive Kouros range but always come back to the original.
