    Timeless, excellent insight on being a manager. Assessing staff for skills and putting people in positions that they will excel in-good advice, good data analysis on the why, how and when. Incorporating into your workplace will take a decision by the manager-but building a team is key to success. Good book, good CD set. Reader is a pleasant voice so easy to listen to as well. I wanted to buy the CD set since I at one time had the cassette set of this book. I wanted to read the book again (yes, that good) and it was just as easy to get the CD set. Would tell any manager, new or long term, this is a good book for everyone-get it, listen and you will see some areas you can bring into your workplace with positive results.
