WWF/E has a habit of making videos that do a recap of prior story lines. That's exactly what it is, sixty minutes of watching McMahon try to out maneuver Stone Cold only to eventually lose the war. These movies, another being "The Rock: The People's Champ," are great to watch and remember how different wrestling was during the Attitude era. This movie may be the best example of Attitude Era wrestling being that Stone Cold was the first wrestler to really embraces and help shape the mid- to late 90's and early 2000's wrestling business to a more adult-oriented show, compared to today's PG show. Overall, average movie, but a good time being reminded the old story lines.
What can i say, this was wwe at it's best. You had a rebal who wouldn't put up with any corperate bull and took maters into his own hands and won. To challange your boss and prove to him that you are the best at what you do and will not take any crap from anyone including the boss. Stone Cold proved his point over and over again and the rating went threw the roof. This was the best of sports entertainment. I love this war between to men who tried to out do each other to prove who is the boss. Is it Vince or his employee Stone Cold Steve Austin. In my opinoin the employee Austin came up on top and proved his point over and over again. Thanks,Larry Kanter
Austin vs mcman I had this video wen it first came out it brings back alot of memories
