Very powerful movie and story of the life of Wilberforce, including John Newton. Especially relevant as 2023 is the 250th Anniversary of the Hymn "Amazing Grace". Highly recommended.

My son loved this film. He is studying slavery in history and this was great to give him a better understanding of the subject. It was not the sort of film that he would usually watch but he thoroughly enjoyed it.

The most exciting thing about this film was dropping the remote control whilst seeking the fast forward button. Save your money or buy some crisps instead, they will entertain you far better.
