It came on time but it didn't play in my DVD player. The seller was very informative and communicated when I had a problem. However, the seller didn't respond at first when I asked them about the compatibility of the DVD before buying. I should have given them 4 stars instead of 5 on communication-but I gave 5 stars because the seller did give me information on why Region 0 works on some DVD players and not all. Also, the seller did give me a full refund without charging me for shipping.

Oh God, I'm in Heaven
Received this yesterday and haven't been able to stop working on it. It's sturdy and the bricks are good quality. It is a great representation of of the Enterprise. I can highly recommend it.

Love it ..but......
The finished model is impressive, It is HUGE and displays well. That being said, there are issues with assembly. The ship is put together in various sub-assemblies and putting those together can be a challenge. The neck section is the critical part as it pins the engineering section to the display base and also plugs into and holds the saucer section. In both cases, I had to partially disassemble those sections, build the neck into them and then reassemble the sections around the neck. Fit problems aside however, it is a great model and can at the moment be bought for a song. MSRP on this is $265. It can be bought for around $100 right now. Awesome detail, better looking than any Lego set...
I previously left this a negative review because I was missing an important piece, but I contacted Megabloks and they promptly sent me 2 of them...because of their excellent customer service, I changed my review, and I would recommend this beautiful set to any hard core collector...took me nearly 15 hours to build, and the sorting of the pieces is way more confusing than Lego, but they really dd the best they could...I highly suggest dumping each bag out into its own separate pile, and it will be way easier...I previously left this a negative review because I was missing an important piece, but I contacted Megabloks and they promptly sent me 2 of them...because of their excellent customer service, I changed my review, and I would recommend this beautiful set to any hard core collector...took me nearly 15 hours to build, and the sorting of the pieces is way more confusing than Lego, but they really dd the best they could...I highly suggest dumping each bag out into its own separate pile, and it will be way easier...

Great, but missing pieces
This is an awesome model and I am very pleased with it, but, as others have said, it was missing some pieces. Granted, the pieces weren't needed until the very last step. Since there were extra pieces of the same color, I was able to modify what was needed to complete the model. As others have also stated, pieces are bagged without rhyme or reason, not according to building steps. You spend a lot (A LOT) of time searching for that needed piece. The addition of the lights for the nacelles is an added bonus.This is an awesome model and I am very pleased with it, but, as others have said, it was missing some pieces. Great Item
I had a lot of fun building the Enterprise. Great bricks, many extras. The only issue I have is that Kirk and Spock are so overly muscular. They look more like Conan that Star Trek personell. But the ship itself it great. More of those! Where's the Voyager, Stargate's Daedalus, Battlestar Galactica?
