Already lost 4 inches from waist!!!
I've done this workout 4 days in a row - since I bought it 10 days ago and I have already lost 4 inches from my waist! It has been 11 months since my c-section. I gained 60 pounds in my pregnancy - though I think quitting smoking had a lot to do with my weight gain at that time too. I am 5'8" and was 198lbs at the height of my pregnancy. I didn't really start shedding the weight until about 3 months ago - but I noticed my mommy belly wasn't getting toned or going away for that matter. I had done tae bo 10 years ago for 1 year straight and it brought me to ultimate health then, so I thought it could do the same for me again. My weight is now 156lbs and in just 4 days of vigorous tae bo I have lost 4 inches from my waist! My mommy belly is going to be gone... I just know it. I also ... Good Quality at Reasonable Price
Really good DVD. I only gave it 4 stars because I really wanted Tae Bo Basics! Can't find that one anywhere except on YouTube! But this one is still good, a little more intense, but I'll get used to it. Thank you!

Excellent Tae Bo video
I used to have this video in VHS, and I am so glad it is now on a DVD. I used it every day. Thank you!! This video is highly recommended if you need to get in shape.

Fast and Fun!!
I bought this DVD as a follow up to the set I had a few years back on VHS. My favorite and most successful workout was the advanced one. I no longer have a VCR, does anyone? so I bought his hoping to achieve the same results. This one is fine, I see results although not as fast as the advanced workout. This is only 44 minutes and moves fast and I love that in a workout! If you don't want to do floor exercises but want results, this is the workout for you!I bought this DVD as a follow up to the set I had a few years back on VHS.
