    America's Test Kitchen does it again.

    We purchased Volume 1 last Autumn and tried many of the recipes with great success. Volume 2 continues the tradition. The ingredients are easy to find. The recipes are easy to follow. The results are delicious. Americas Test Kitchens has come up with a winner in gluten free food. We look forward to Volume 3 May the food be with you!

    Excellent resource for Gluten Free baking!

    Excellent resource for GF baking! I love how ATK explains the science behind how things work in order to make GF baking results taste like regular baked goods. I keep tubs of their GF flour blends in my cupboard at all times for easy baking when the mood strikes. People who aren't GF love my baked goods as much - if not more! - than full gluten baked items. This has really helped me become a great GF baker.

    GF Bakers Bible

    Leave those expensive mixes behind. This 2 volume series from America's Test Kitchen is basic for all gluten free baking. Methods, ingredients, recipes and many helpful hints lead the way to greater understanding of how to address the challenges of GF baking. These books are a must have!

    Gluten Free cookbook

    This book has a lot of good ideas. Most of the recipes I was interested in called for this "gluten free flour blend". So, I bought all of the ingredients to make this blend. After baking a few items, figured I could do just as well using my old recipes and using the Gluten free Measure-for-Measure flour. I needed the recipes for a child who also cannot have dairy and eggs. I'm not sure any gluten free bread recipe is going to turn out if you can't use real eggs.

    For someone new and old to GF this book gives you all the information needed to get on the right track in getting eating nornal as can be. The backgraound to the correct ingredients to make cakes, cookies and bread.
