All goods returned must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a paypal print off) or they will be refused.
 
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us via the eBay messages and include any relevant images and we will contact you to work out a solution.
 
Oils, lubricants and fluids are non-returnable once purchased.
 
Parts must be checked for compatibility before fitment, please make sure they match the parts you remove. If in doubt do not fit the parts and contact us first if necessary. We will not be liable for any 3rd party labour costs or pay any losses arising therefrom.
 
Buyers must pay return postage costs unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items suspected to be faulty must be returned for testing/inspection before any refund will be considered, we cannot send out any replacement unit the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. Refunds will be made minus ebay fee's and delivery charges.
 
Please note your invoice may show the delivery charge separately but you will only be charged the total shown on screen, nothing more.

    Copper grease

    It has a multitude of uses and very easy to apply would have been better if their was a plastic plate inside with a hole in it that you push down to get the grease as when opening the tin it was all stuck to the inside of the lid and exploded from the tin still a five star rating as it helped immensely with replacing wheel nuts on my car that in the first place I had to use a breaker bar to remove thanks to an over zealous machanic with a windy gun a great product

    Good quality

    Always like to have some copper slip on the shelf in the garage whenever I am doing some car maintenance. I use this on any re assembly project if parts seizure could be an issue. Granville is a good product.

    Superb value and quality

    Wanted this for jobs around the garage particularly on my motorcycle. Top quality product in a good sized, robust tin container that won't leak and is easy to store. Arrived well packaged and promptly. I have since made further purchase from same supplier - recommended.
