    Marshall Goldsmith is a genius! I ordered this book for my husband upon his request and he thanked me very much! He is only 23 and on the high end of the retail industry climbing the corporate ladder! This book will not only help him succeed but will also provide him the tools to help him "get there"!

    Great book for those desiring self improvement in social skills at work.

    Husband first read this book from his boss. Great advice/tips for self-exploration of behaviors that one is unaware of and its effects on others. Easy reading and a perfect topic for anyone desiring to improve themselves.
