The last movie I purchased on eBay, "Barefoot in the Park," has always been my favorite movie. It is the funniest movie I have ever seen. It doesn't matter how many times I have seen the movie, it is still funny. Laughter has been proven "good for our overall health," just one of the great benefits of watching comedies. When we need a lift, my husband, or sisters, or friends share "Barefoot in the Park!" It's just a lot of FUN.
This is Fonda's best work in her younger years! It's a fantastic movie especially for newlyweds to watch! Great story, hilarious dialogue, attractive and delightful characters! A comedy classic! Hands down one of my all-time favorite comedies!

I like that you can find any movies a person enjoys. I have loved this movie, Redford shows a side of himself, not often seen, and that is humor. All that are in this movie are all funny, because Jane Fonda is a naive, innocent girl who gets married, and chooses her first apt., for her and Redford, but chooses one that does not have an elevator, but 6 flight of stairs, everyone is gasping for air, and it makes you laugh. This is a movie to be seen and enjoyed, at a time when New York did not have the high buildings, you could see how beautiful New York was before it became so congested, and over crowded. The only thing I disliked, was it took so long through the mail, that is all. I bought it bcause I liked everything about this movie, and if you like clean comedy, you will like it to.
Lovely and fun comedy from the 1960's, so put on your mini skirt and have fun. Neil Simon's perfect dialogue and the excellent performances from Robert Redford and Jane Fonda and all the actors, bring this 1960's movie alive. It is consistently amusing with great one liners. It is fun to see the costumes and scenery from 1960's New York, too.

The 1999 DVD release of this 1967 classic film. A comedy/romance, it has some funny moments, but it's 1967 funny. It's odd to see what New York City looked like in 1967 and how city life was portrayed back then. It's also fun to see actors in their younger years. Redford and Fonda do a good job keeping this film watchable. Adapted from a Neil Simon play. For all the film details, click 'More Information' above.
