    Wedfing cakes you can make recipe & decotaing book

    Book has scratches and and small damaged to hard cover but has it original dust cover, clean pages, color photos, clear instructions, notes and Techniques tips, everything you need to know about making wedding cakes, cake flavors combination, how to shri or expand a recipe cutting diagram, mold yields, tools, stacking tiers, etc.

    this author was highly recommended and after receiving the book i can see why, easy to follow directions, great ideas, i am not into making wedding cakes but if i wanted to now i can, i bought this book because i am begginer in making beautiful elaborate cakes and i wanted to get books that would help me and this was one book i was happy to get and cant wait to try out all the ideas that i like in this book and there were alot!!!!

    A Wonderful Guide to Making Wedding Cakes!

    Dede Wilson is a master at describing the steps and techniques for creating a masterpiece! She thinks of everything...from precautions to pitfalls. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in taking the steps toward learning to bake & decorate the perfect wedding cake!

    Great experience that will help me be a better cake artist.

    Dede and Toba Garrett cover everything I need to know about basic cake making and decorating. They both offer a remarkable scope of knowledge, outstanding instructions and clarity of presentation. I haven't put this book down since it came home to me.
