POSTAGE/DELIVERY: Most orders processed before 3:30 pm are dispatched same day, the next working day delivery by courier service is for mainland UK only, please note that certain remote areas (Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland are not covered by our daily couriers, these areas may be sent using an alternative courier service and may take a little while longer. Please note that most couriers will only attempt delivery on normal working days Monday to Friday. We ask that you include a contact telephone number when completing the sale for us to place on the couriers manifest, some of our couriers will not accept parcels without a contact number. Parcels sent out on the standard next day courier can be delivered any time between 7:00 am & 10:00 pm. If nobody is available to accept the parcel then the driver may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If nobody is available then the parcel will be returned to us. Please check all items immediately, we cannot be held responsible for any items that have been signed for as ok and then later reported as missing from the parcel or damaged.

WARRANTY INFORMATION: Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items for sale are offered with a thirty day warranty against fault or manufacturing defects with the exception of Water Pumps, Electrical Motors, Heating Elements, PCB's, Digital Controllers, Rubber Gaskets, Glassware and Lamps. These items are not offered with any warranty. The reason that these particular spare parts are not supplied with any warranty is if you have a fault with your existing part or the part has failed completely then you need to establish what caused the part to go faulty before replacing it with a new one, you may have an underlying fault that has led to the failure of the original part and if not rectified could cause the same fault with the new part. Parts should always be diagnosed and installed by a suitably qualified person, if parts are replaced without the correct in depth diagnosis the new part can suffer irreparable damage immediately, for this reason we cannot offer any warranty on certain types of spare parts.
 
WARRANTY CLAIMS: If an item does require returning under a warranty claim, we would request a report from a qualified engineer or service company stating the exact nature of the fault and the appliance details of the appliance it was installed on, this needs to include the manufacturers name and the model number of the appliance. The majority of commercial spare parts we sell are not for diy type installation and should only be diagnosed, identified and installed by a suitably qualified person, most manufacturers will not entertain and in some cases reserve their right to refuse warranty claims where specialist parts have been diagnosed, identified and installed by none qualified persons. Warranty claims will not be accepted for items that have been misdiagnosed, incorrectly identified or damaged due to incorrect installation procedure.

    Easy to install but instructions need to be in larger print.

    Purchased a set of replacement elements for our 17 year old 4 slot Dualit toaster as one element started to under-perform and the new set arrived within a couple of days. Easy to fit tollowing the instructions (these need be in larger print) but also took a photo of the underneath (with the base plate removed) before removing the old elements to use as a guide for installing the new elements. All went smoothly and we now have a fully working toaster again. happy days!

    Do what they are supposed to do.

    These appear to be good quality replacements for some well used elements. Certainly they have returned our (expensive) toaster to full working order. We feel positive about repairing the old machine rather than having to buy a new one. We decided to replace all the elements even though we didn't have to (and we have kept the best old ones just in case). Removal of old elements and replacing with new is a little fiddly and you'd be well advised to take a photo once the base has been removed.

    Genuine spares

    These are genuine spares. They are easy to fit (Though the diagrams in the instruction booklet could be larger) And most importantly, my morning toast is now a crisp even colour. Very satisfied - Thank you

    Recommended

    As OEM parts they are relatively easy to install and perform well. The original elements lasted for 20 years, I hope these upgraded elements provide similar service.
